AS A MISSIONARY, I AM NOT AFRAID AS LONG AS I REMEMBER THESE PROMISES GOD HAS SAID>
HIS WORD IS TRUE. HE NEVER LIES. I CLAIM THESE PROMISES FOR MY LIFE
1. He's "closer than father, mother, brother, friend, or lover: Desire of Ages 304
2. WHO CAN REVERSE HIS CALL? When He acts, "who can reverse it?" Isaiah 43:13 "I have called thee from the chief men thereof, and said unto thee, Thou art my servant; I have chosen thee, and not cast thee away." Fear not, for I am with thee: be not dismayed, for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness. Behold, all they that were incensed against thee shall be ashamed and confounded: they shall be as nothing; and they that strive with thee shall perish. Thou shalt seek them, and shalt not find them, even them that contended with thee: they that war against thee shall be as nothing, and as a thing of nought" Isaiah 41:9-13
3. HE CALLED AND HE HAS COMMANDED: He has called and anointed me to preach the gospel and to heal the sick. Three nights in a row, I saw there were thousands waiting to hear me open the Bible to them. "The spirit of the Lord God is upon me; because the LORD hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; to proclaim the acceptable year of the LORD, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn; To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of the LORD, that he might be glorified. And they shall build the old wastes, they shall rais up the former desolations, and they shall repair the waste cities, the desolations of many generations." Isaiah 61
Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon thee. Is. 60:1

4. "I will turn the darkness into light before them and make the rough places smooth. :) These things I will do, I will not forsake them." Isaiah 42:16

7. SLEEP SAFE: God went before the Israelites, smoothed the path, and their feet did not swell. He even picked the camping places. He today can do the same thing for those doing His will. He chooses where I will sleep and my sleep is sweet and I dwell in safety. "When thou liest down, thou shalt not be afraid: yea, thou shalt lie down, and thy sleep shall be sweet." Be not afraid of sudden fear, neither of the desolation of the wicked, when it cometh. For the LORD shall be thy confidence, and shall keep thy foot from being taken." Psalms 3:24-26; "Jacob awakened out of his sleep, and he said, Surely the LORD is in this place; and I knew it not." Gen. 28:16
8. My light will increase like sunrises, my health will spring up, His glory glows in my heart, He will guide me continually, I will be like a watered garden Isaiah 58:11

12. ALL SUFFICIENCY AND WISDOM AND MONEY: 2 Corinthians 9:8 "Grace abound toward you; that ye always having all sufficiency in all things may abound to every good work"
13. DIVINE DIRECTIONS AND VISION OF HIM: "Isaiah 30:20 And though the Lord give you the bread of adversity, and the water of affliction, yet shall not thy teachers be removed into a corner any more, but thine eyes shall see thy teachers: Isaiah 30:21 And thine ears shall hear a word behind thee, saying, This is the way, walk ye in it, when ye turn to the right hand, and when ye turn to the left."
14 STRENGTH Psalms 27:14 "Wait on the Lord; Be of good courage, and He shall strengthen thine heart. Wait, I say on the LORD.

DEEDS OF OMNIPOTENCE: "Human weakness shall find supernatural strength and help in every stern conflict to do the deeds of Omnipotence, and preseverance in faith and perfect trust in God will ensure success. While the past confederacy of evil is arrayed against His people He bids them be be brave and strong and fight valiantly, for they have a heaven to win, and they have more than an angel in their ranks--THE MIGHTY GENERAL OF ARMIES leads on the armies of heaven. As on the occasion of the taking of Jericho, not one of the armies of Israel could boast of exercising their finite strength to overthrow the walls of this city, but the Captain of the Lord's host planned that battle in the greatest simplicity, that the Lord God alone should receive the glory and mortals should not be exalted. God has promised us all power." Christ Triumphant 1999, In The Promised Land 136.3
"The grace of God enlarges and multiplies their faculties, and every perfection of the divine nature comes to their assistance in the work of saving souls. Through co-operation with Christ they are complete in HIm, and in their human weakness they are enabled to do the deeds of Omnipotence." DA 827.3
19. WISDOM AT ALL POSSIBLE TIMES James 1:5. If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally; and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him. But let him ask in faith, nothing wavering....
20. GOD'S PURPOSES;" But like the stars in the vast circuit of their appointed path, God's purposes know no haste and no delay." DA 32.1
21. TO THOSE LONGING TO BEHOLD THE UNSEEN. "Only a few were longing to behold the Unseen. To these heaven's embassy was sent" DA 44.1 I am sent by God to where there are those needing a doctor. God makes no mistake in His assignments.
22. ANGELS ATTEND MY STEPS " Angels from the courts above will attend the steps of those who come and go at God's command." DA 48.4
23. NUMBERS of the team: MILLIONS ARE WITH ME. Besides there is a private body guard of heavenly angels numbering 45. "God looks not on the numbers of Israel for the success of His work. His armies number thousands of thousands, and ten thousand times ten thousand. These cooperate with the people who will connect with God to be channels of light." Christ Triumphant, Chapter In The Promised Land. p. 152
"In working for perishing souls, you have the companionship of angels. Thousands upon thousands, and ten thousand times ten thousand angels are waiting to co-operate with members of our churches in communicating the light that God has generously given, that a people may be prepared for the coming of Christ. 9Testimonies p. 129.
24. BUDGET: "All the resources of heaven are at the command of those who are seeking to save the lost. Angels will help you to reach the most careless and the most hardened. And when one is brought back to God, all heaven is made glad; seraphs and cherubs touch their golden harps, and sing praises to God and the Lamb for their mercy and loving-kindness to the children of men.--Christ's Object Lessons p. 197; Christian Service 197
25. POWER: "He who called the fishermen of Galilee is still calling men to His service. And He is just as willing to manifest His power through us as through the first disciples. However imperfect and sinful we may be, the Lord holds out to us the offer of partnership with Himself, of apprenticeship to Christ. He invites us to come under the divine instruction, that, uniting with Christ, we may work the works of God. Desire of Ages p. 297
25. GOD DWELLING WITH ME. I have opened the door. He promised: "I will come in to him." Revelation 3:20. He will come, not for one day merely; for He says, I will dwell in them, and walk in them; ...and they shall be My people." "He will subdue our iniquities; and Thou wilt cast all their sins into the depths of the sea." 2 Cor. 6:16; Micah 7:19. His presence will cleanse and sanctify the soul, so that it may be a holy temple unto the Lord, and "an habitation of God through the Spirit." Eph. 2:21,22.
26. HOLY SPIRIT POWER God will baptise me daily with His Holy Spirit."For the daily baptism of the Spirit every worker should offer his petition to God: ... "The presence of the Spirit with God's workers will give the proclamation of truth a power that not all the honor or glory of the world could give." AA 50.2 "The Spirit furnishes the strength that sustains striving, wrestling souls in every emergency, amidst the hatred of the world, and the realization of their own failures and mistakes. In sorrow and affliction, when the outlook seems dark and the future perplexing, and we feel helpless and alone,--these are the times when, in answer to the prayer of faith, the Holy Spirit brings comfort to the heart." AA 51.1
Jesus said: "The Lord God hath given Me, the tongue of the learned, that I should know how to speak a word in season to him that is weary: He wakeneth morning by morning, He wakeneth Mine ear to hear as the learned." Isaiah 50:4
27. MORE TIME HEALING THAN PREACHING: "He designs that the medical missionary work shall prepare the way for the presentation of the saving truth for this time,--the proclamation of the third angel's message. If this design is met, the message will not be eclipsed nor its progress hindered. Testimonies for the Church Vol. 6, p. 293
