All who consecrate soul, body, and spirit to God will be constantly receiving a new endowment of physical and mental power. The inexhaustible supplies of heaven are at their command. Christ gives them the breath of His own spirit, the life of His own life. The Holy Spirit puts forth its highest energies to work in heart and mind. The grace of God enlarges and multiplies their faculties, and every perfection of the divine nature comes to their assistance in the work of saving souls. Through co-operation with Christ they are complete in Him, and in their human weakness they are enabled to do the deeds of Omnipotence. {DA 827.3}
1. DREAM comforted and explained God's purposes during KENYA- Naishi in the Rift Valley January 1-16, 2012 Many were on the list for baptism. 1,000 patients were on the list to be treated. So many in clinic said they wished to be baptized. It was a time of difficulty for me hearing that school fees had stopped Jenny from continuing on at WWU. God gave a dream and explained to me that the trials would strengthen Jenny. God provided for her lodging and transport to get some items towards her major at a local public college. Each night He put a rainbow about the moon to comfort me. Sometimes it doubled and trippled. Colors were so prominent. The pastor noticed them and knew God was blessing. He even allowed phone calls to Jenny during that time. God even gave me a special day at the national park without any cost. I was escorted in the District officers vehicle and driven by a soldier. I saw God's amazing animals and relaxed in God's great outdoors.
During the dream, I saw my youngest, my daughter, as a little girl again. She dismantled her crib and folded it up. She had cried for me and somehow, I was unable to get to her to help and comfort as usual. I was amazed at what she had done. It was an impossible task for a little girl. God was showing me that with His help, she was becoming a woman and He was guiding her at her age of 20 years. She had to leave WWU due to lack of school fees. She shared what she had with her brother to make sure Kyle remained on his very important task of making a movie of Pilgrims progress. It is a powerful witnessing tool that he hopes to help other young people with. He is using cameras at the school and the project is coached by his professor. Sister supports him with sewing outfits, encouraging and doing all she can. Well, I could not get to Jenny for the distance was on the other side of the world in Kenya Africa but God knew everything and comforted me and gave me peace that this would even help in other ways.
2. DREAM shows where to lodge at Nyanza University, Southern Rwanda. January 17-Feb. 5, 2012. Three meetings a day plus clinics were scheduled. As I went to the women's guest house, I found one restroom and a small house all full of men. In the night they came out to the sitting room in pajamas. I knew I was in the wrong place. I could not relax. I kept thinking of the command in the verse that says to avoid the appearance of evil. In the night God showed me already staying in the girls dorm. I did not know where that was and inquired in the morning. I discovered it was not yet inhabited and I was the first occupant and had a big room to comfortably put and organize the supplies for service. The next room over was dedicated to clinics. Helpers kept people from pounding on my own room. 1,300 people tried to be seen. There was a command to stop meetings after one week. It was argued that I should have enough time because it was 3X a day. But the people being treated in clinic all began to protest and ask why we were being chased away. A dream was given to Malgarita of praying hands. She came and heard of the block and immediately called the rector. Then also others called and I was requested to remain another week. A great harvest of 25 was the result.
3. VISION OF ANGEL with a Bible in hand OVER AREA OF NYANZA village church and home of Catherine and Dan led to confidence that this message in their place for one week was a fulfillment of that. (February 5- 11, 2012) The angel had a Bible in hand. Until I was there preaching, it was not remembered what that angel had said about the Revelation 14 Three Angels messages. Dan was convinced it was the long awaited fulfillment. During the genocide, in 1994 they had hope because the vision had not yet happened. The home had not yet even been built when they saw it. They faithfully attended meetings at the university, opened their home to host me in their area, and attended the meetings in their own village church. They even came to hear some which were simultaneously given at the Maranatha secondary school. Forty five took their stand for Jesus and were baptized. Many of those stood strongly only after the final sermon on the abominations which will keep one out of the Holy City. I was awakened very early Sabbath morning and given more info to add which involved the answer to a question someone had on "another angel" adding his voice to the 3rd angel declaring corruptions which had entered into the churches since 1844. The music problems of dancing and drums were brought up as a problem which causes all to forget the warnings of God and all the Bible they once knew. They were identified as some of the unclean and hateful birds of Rev. 18:2 which would destroy those seeking truth. A strong desire to be saved was seen as the Holy Spirit moved the people. A terrible custom is seen in the choirs as they sing, sway, and have their hands on the bottoms of the next one in the choir. Men to men and men to women and women to women. There are many getting pregnant among choir members without any contract of marriage.
"And I saw another angel fly in the midst of heaven, . . . saying with a loud voice, Fear God, and give glory to him; for the hour of his judgment is come. Revelation 14:6, 7. {CTr 338.1}
The proclamation of the first, second, and third angels’ messages has been located by the Word of Inspiration. Not a peg or pin is to be removed. No human authority has any more right to change the location of these messages than to substitute the New Testament for the Old. The Old Testament is the gospel in figures and symbols. The New Testament is the substance. One is as essential as the other. The Old Testament presents lessons from the lips of Christ, and these lessons have not lost their force in any particular. {CTr 338.2}
The first and second messages [Revelation 14:6-8] were given in 1843 and 1844, and we are now under the proclamation of the third; but all three of the messages are still to be proclaimed. It is just as essential now as ever before that they shall be repeated to those who are seeking for the truth. By pen and voice we are to sound the proclamation, showing their order and the application of the prophecies that bring us to the third angel’s message. There cannot be a third without the first and second. . . . {CTr 338.3}
The book that was sealed was not the book of Revelation, but that portion of the prophecy of Daniel that related to the last days. . . . When the book was opened, the proclamation was made, “Time shall be no longer.” The book of Daniel is now unsealed, and the revelation made by Christ to John is to come to all the inhabitants of the earth. By the increase of knowledge a people is to be prepared to stand in the latter days. {CTr 338.4}
[Revelation 14:6, 7 quoted.] This message, if heeded, will call the attention of every nation and kindred and tongue and people to a close examination of the Word, and to the true light in regard to the power that has changed the seventh-day Sabbath to a spurious sabbath. . . . The Sabbath memorial, declaring who the living God is, the Creator of the heavens and the earth, has been torn down, and a spurious sabbath has been given to the world in its place. Thus a breach has been made in the law of God. . . . {CTr 338.5}
In the first angel’s message people are called upon to worship God, our Creator, who made the world and all things that are therein. . . . The message proclaimed by the angel flying in the midst of heaven is the everlasting gospel, the same gospel that was declared in Eden when God said to the serpent, “I will put enmity between thee and the woman, and between thy seed and her seed.”Manuscript 32, 1896 (Manuscript Releases, vol. 17, pp. 6, 7). {CTr 338.6}
The world is perishing for want of the gospel. There is a famine for the word of God. There are few who preach the word unmixed with human tradition. Though men have the Bible in their hands, they do not receive the blessing that God has placed in it for them. The Lord calls upon His servants to carry His message to the people. The word of everlasting life must be given to those who are perishing in their sins. {COL 228.4}
In the command to go into the highways and hedges, Christ sets forth the work of all whom He calls to minister in His name. The whole world is the field for Christ's ministers. The whole human family is comprised in their congregation. The Lord desires that His word of grace shall be brought home to every soul. {COL 229.1}
